Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD-qualified Technical Sales Specialist to drive consultative sales of advanced life science research products. This role requires strong scientific expertise combined with commercial acumen to engage principal investigators, senior scientists, and research teams, understand complex experimental workflows, and recommend technically appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✔ Promote and sell advanced life science research products (ELISA kits, antibodies, recombinant proteins, assay kits, molecular biology reagents, etc.)
  • ✔ Engage with Principal Investigators, senior researchers, and R&D heads to understand project-specific requirements
  • ✔ Provide in-depth technical consultation and application support
  • ✔ Develop strategic accounts within academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors
  • ✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • ✔ Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations
  • ✔ Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets
  • ✔ Conduct scientific presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations
  • ✔ Coordinate with international suppliers for technical discussions and escalations
  • ✔ Maintain structured sales pipeline reporting and CRM updates

Minimum Qualification

PhD in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related discipline).

Experience

2–3 years post-PhD experience in industry, or technical sales. Fresh PhD graduates with strong application knowledge with commercial acumen are encouraged to apply.
