| Description | TransNGS® Circularization Kit For MGI® is developed for the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform and it is suitable for preparation of circular single-stranded DNA library efficiently and quickly from MGI linear double-stranded DNA amplification library and it is used for sequencing on the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform. Quality control and functional verification have been conducted strictly for all reagents provided in the kit, which ensures the stability and reproducibility of the library construction. Application This kit is suitable for, but not limited to, the amplification products after adapter ligation obtained from the library preparation kit of the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform. All library amplification products combined MGI standard adapter can be prepared into single-stranded circular libraries and used for sequencing on the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform.
